Our Story
A family kitchen at the edge of the wilderness
Waters Edge is family owned and operated, tucked along the North Fork of the Salmon River in the heart of Lemhi County. It's a small operation with a simple focus: hand-tossed, lightly crisp New York style pizza, cooked for locals, rafters, and hunters passing through on Highway 93.
The dining room keeps things clean and rustic. Most nights, though, the real seat is out on the deck — river below, ridgeline above, and a menu built for people who've spent the day outside.
This corner of the Frank Church–River of No Return Wilderness is known as the whitewater capital of the world. We're proud to be the table waiting at the end of the run.
